Hi, my name is Siri Sofie. I’m a designer from Bodø, Norway. I’ve got a bachelors degree in product design from IED Milan in 2018, and moved on to work as a junior designer at /àr o/ design studio for five years before moving back home. Since then I’ve founded the design studio “Studio Andreassen” where I take on different projects for the private and commercial sector within furniture and product design.
I believe it’s important to develop functional projects with both aesthetic and emotional value that correspond to the needs of the people who surround themselves with these products in their everyday lives. I am particularly interested in material, textures and colors, and how the harmony or contrast between them can, to a great extent, determine the character of a project.
